spring fever

 At the very end of January, chris's boss gave us jazz tickets, that were on row 10, not 110 like we're used to folks, but 10. And I've gotta say, I don't know if I can go back to the nosebleeds, it was so much fun to watch that game that close.

 we even were so close we got sprayed by the bear. Jeter was scared for his life, when I tried to get him to go to the bear so I could get a picture of them together, needless to say, Jeter was not having anything to do with that!

 V.Day came and went, along with  my birthday. We celebrated both, I got presents, and went to cheesecake factory.  I think I was most excited about going to get cheesecake-which who wouldn't be, right? We also got to spend a week in Farmington, NM with my mom. (Chris had to go to Cali for a week for work) That's right, me and Jeter drove 8 hours to go visit...it was worth it once we got there-but it was a long drive, and Jeter did soooo good. He only got restless the last 1/2 hour-I have the best little boy :) not biased or anything. He was spoiled by grandma and grandpa while we were there! Also my mom spoiled me for my birthday as well, taking me shopping. So I got to celebrate it twice this year.

 for V.Day Me and Jeter made some heart cookies, and he decorated them all by himself. Below Jeter is showing off his v.day present from mom and dad, new jammies, and peter pan-he actually watched most of peter pan, which is saying alot since it's a long time for a little boy to sit still!

 my 2 favorite boys-Chris has been asked to not be in very many pictures-but this one was so cute-I couldn't resist.

 I got Jeter some mint colored jeans...of course first thing out of Chris's mouth, "aren't those girl jeans?" I wasn't going to tell him I have the exact same color of jeans. But I think we have enough basketball shorts for jeter to balance out the mint jeans, right?

 we started celebrating easter a little early, by painting his bunny. he also already got his "golf clubs" he's a little obsessed with it, because dad goes and practices in the yard, he wants to do everything dad does, so he loves his little golf set.

 yes jeter's wearing my red head band around the house that day, maybe I should be worried? the head band, the mint jeans, he also picks out my shoes for me in the morning (always wants me to wear my pink shoes, and gets mad when I put on different ones) also tells me, "hair down" whenever it's in a pony tail....maybe he spends too much time with his mom, because he also puts on makeup like a champ.

 last week it was finally warm, like warm enough to be outside! we were in heaven, being inside with a toddler all day is hard, he gets so bored with me. so the park was our paradise. He has found these sunglasses and literally won't go outside without them. Before we go anyways, he says, "blue shades" and wears them everywhere, even to church the other week because he refused to take them off.

 this kid does like to accessorize, maybe I should be worried...
