Happy 4th everyone!

So just like every year we spent the 4th of July in Delta. Tuesday night, me, Chris, his brothers and sister all played in the all night volleyball tournament, thankfully we were really only playing until about 1AM. Before the volleyball tournament started there was the kiddie parade, and this year Savy was so nice and let Jeter ride on her lap in her car the whole way down mainstreet. She even had her arm around him the whole time so he wouldn't fall out-she's such a good cousin! These pictures are of these two going down the parade.

aren't these two the cutest dad's ever? walking the kiddies and dog through the kiddie parade.

Wednesday morning was the big parade, this is some of the family
Our little family getting ready for the parade to start
Me and Jeter going out for candy during the parade.
He was actually really excited about the candy-he loves sweets
that afternoon we played a little family back yard baseball, and even a football game.
Jeter and Savy helping grandma "catch" while we did the home run derby.
of course no 4th of july is complete without the sparklers and the awesome fireworks. What a great 4th of July!

  1. You guys look like you had lots of fun! I thought Jeter's hair looked shorter when I saw him the other day! No advice on spiders, but I wouldn't do a door to door salesman. You could probably get a professional to come spray and not every 3 months. Spiders are gross...good luck!

  2. Dee told me about the spider she killed. We have not had spiders but we had cockroaches outside and Matt just sprayed for the. Have you heard of a bug bomb? They work daily well but you can be in the house for a few days..maybe have Christ do one while you are in Cello. Looks like a blast though..cant believe Jeter is so old now!
