4th of July and other summer adventures

Me and Chris have had alot of things going on since Daniel's fairewell. First of all we went to Monticello for a long weekend and spent time with my mom and dad, and Katie and Dean also got to spend a few days there. Then Chris was finishing up school, and I was doing training for my job 8-5 everyday. Then we went and picked Jaron up from the airport, he just got back from serving in Brazil on his mission. Then we moved the Jeffery family into a new house-which took 5 days of hard labor (for everyone else, I'm too fat to lift anymore). Then Chris and his 2 brothers played on their basketball summer games team down here in Cedar, then we went to Jaron's homecoming, then we officially moved into a new apartment. It was sad to leave the ward, and good neighbors, and leave the first and only place me and Chris have lived together in. But this new place is a little bigger, and actually has a 2nd room for our little boy when he gets here. After we moved we went up to Delta to celebrate the 4th of July, we also had a baby shower for me with Friends and family from Delta. Below are a lot of pictures to show all the things we've been doing these last couple of crazy weeks!

Chris, his brothers, and his dad at the 4th of july parade.

Me, Chris, and Savy (our adorable little niece) at the 4th of July parade.

Savy getting pulled behind the family dog major in the kiddie parade. it was adorable!

McKenna, Haley, and I tye-dying onsies at my baby shower. it was such a cute idea, I'm glad Kenna thought of it, cause they all turned out so cute!

Me opening presents at the baby shower

Savy welcoming her uncle Jaron, whom she'd never met until that day home from his mission!

All of us waiting at the airport for Jaron to arrive. And don't worry-we were in the wrong terminal, and Jaron came home to no one! It was so sad, he called us after like 10 minutes of looking for us after he landed, and we ran as fast as we could across the airport. He came home with 6 other missionaries, and their families were all there waiting, they probably thought that he had the worst family ever, that no one was even there to welcome him home!

Yes-this is Edward from Twilight there to welcome Elder Jeffery home from his mission. (inside family joke)

Chris golfing first week of June at Monticello with my parents, and grandpa.

Me and Chris went up to Cedar Pond to try out the fishing, we both caught a few fish, so it was pretty good!

Me and Chris at Monticello golf course.

This is me at 32 weeks, I am now 35 weeks, so picture me even bigger if you can!

  1. yeah, your "I ate an extra roll with dinner" belly. One day we will compare pregnancy pictures and you will feel super tiny after seeing mine at 35 weeks! Tell little Jimmer (I know that's not going to be his name, but it is for me until he is officially named) to hurry up and get here since his Aunt Kate wants to meet him!

Hey sorry I couldn't make it to your shower we were up north that weekend then came down for the 4th and I was gonna drop our present by but then it got crazy and I decided I would rather bring it over after you have your lil guy so I have an excuse to come see him:) ha I'm brilliant right! Just so you know I didn't forget about ya! Sounds like you had a fun time though and I'm so glad! Let us know if we can help with anything when he gets here or if you need help unpacking!
