So 2 weeks ago Jeter had a mild fever for about 48 hours, then just as the fever was breaking he broke out in these red spots all over the place! I was thinking great he's got chicken pox or the measles, or something awful...but the Dr calmly said he just had a little virus he was fighting off, hence the fever, and now he has a rash, since it's head to toe, it's definably just a virus and it'll run it's course. And the next day they were gone. So thank goodness for that!
Jeter loves going for walks in his stroller-the other night Jeter decided to be wide awake at 4:00 in the morning. So me and Chris decided to take him for a walk after trying to rock him, feed him, and do other various things to get him back to sleep. Half way around the block, and he was out- it was the only thing that calmed him down and lulled him back to sleep.
Jeter helping mom make peanut butter rice krispies-yum! he almost has as big a sweet tooth as I do.
Last weekend my parents came up to run the color me rad race down in Orem with me and Kate. And it was so fun!! It was a 5K and I shaved off 8 minutes from my first 5K I ran a little while ago! but this race isn't about getting a good time- infact it's so packed it's hard to get a good time.It was like one big party-I really liked this race. They had 4 "Color stations" and you run through a line of people as they throw colored cornstartch and spray you with color. So it was fun. This picture below is the before picture
And this is the after picture. I'm so glad we had our sun glasses, and I even took a bandana and would pull it up over my mouth while running through the stations-so I didn't inhale all that color-so I'm glad I listened to my sister-in-law who ran a color race a while ago!
After the race, and we scrubbed all the paint off of us, we went to the aviary. I'd never been so I was excited. Jeter was asleep for the first half, but he did wake up and see the rest of the birds. They had some really cool birds and it's all outside, and open, and it was really fun!

Me and Jeter (Chris was not here-he had a tee time with some friends.) Jeter liked these birds because they were bright bright orange....but they had lots of cool birds like eagles, owls, peacocks, condors, all sorts of stuff. It was a great weekend with the family! Also house news everything is ready as soon as we get the call from the USDA (the type of loan we're doing) people we can sign papers. we are praying it happens this weekend as we already recruited people to come move us. However, it might not be until next weekend :( which I've already packed up most our house so if we're here for another week-We won't have things, like food, towles, blankets, DVd's, you know-nothing important

In that picture where he's licking the mixing spoon, he looks awfully pleased with himself. How funny!
